Learn what grit is and how to nurture it in your team It is our 3E Promise to equip, empower, and engage participants in this program to produce the following objectives and outcomes: If you are leading teams who are experiencing any of these workplace scenarios, this program is for you. But without an examination of beliefs, motivation, and one’s ability to influence, what do we really have? People are becoming more burne d out, disengaged in their work, unhealthy in their thoughts and choices, and looking for jobs outside your organization.

My patients often hear me recite, “You Can Never Go Wrong Getting Strong” & “Motion is Lotion!” So whether you are an athlete and need to rehab an injured body part, a weekend warrior with a nagging injury, or a grandparent who needs strength or mobility to keep up with grandchildren, let Finish Strong Physical Therapy help YOU finish strong. If you want to examine grit and what motivates you and those you lead and you like the idea of being behind the wheel (or a passenger) of a racecar, then this program is for you!ĭue to the constant changes in the environment, we often hear about the importance of grit. I believe no matter our age, there is always a stronger version of ourselves we can aspire to and achieve with education and physical training. Now I want to help others optimize their strength and mobility so they can live out their strongest and best lives.
FINISH STRONG TOGETHER PROFESSIONAL
Because this is the final 1/3 of my professional career, “the home stretch,” I want to complete this personal and professional goal and ‘finish strong’ what was started 32 years ago. I chose the name “Finish Strong Physical Therapy” for my business for several reasons.
FINISH STRONG TOGETHER FULL
As I entered a new season of full time work, my focus shifted. I decided to alter my professional plan as a private practitioner, and instead I raised and educated our 3 children at home. Over 30 years ago as a young physical therapist, I had a dream to start my own PT practice. We offer 1 week free so you can see why we’re different. So whether you’ve been sedentary for many years or you have been attending a gym and doing the same machines, such as conditioning on the same treadmill or NuStep, or you are simply ready to take your strength and fitness to a new level, then give Legacy a try. It’s even more important in aging adults so we can maintain independence and live the life we want. I’m certain you already know the other health benefits of exercise in all age groups. We need strength even more as sarcopenia (loss of muscle) increases with each passing decade.

Many people entering their 6th, 7th, 8th, or even 9th decade think lifting weights is not allowed. Now, I want to teach you what I have learned to make functional strength, balance, and endurance transfer into to real life skills. Activities such as crawling around on the floor with my new grandchild, playing pickleball, and biking are so much easier because of the strength and endurance training I’ve received at my CrossFit gym. As a crossfitter for over 15 years, I have seen 1st hand how getting strong and staying strong enables me to do all the things I want. I started legacy because I have a passion for strength training in the +55 age group. Then Legacy Fitness is the perfect place for you! Do you want to be stronger as you age? Are some aches and pains preventing you from doing the things you used to enjoy? Maybe you have osteoporosis and are unsure how to safely gain necessary strength.
